Notes

Working thoughts, kept short on purpose.

Build the machine someone else can trust

Remote work doesn't reward the loudest operator—it rewards systems that make trust cheap. A calendar that stays current without babysitting, an agent that resolves what a human would otherwise chase, a workflow that lets someone close the laptop at five. AI minimalism isn't using less intelligence; it's refusing to make people clean up after it. The most human thing a product can do is remove the work nobody wanted to do.

The interface should disappear before the model does

Most AI products fail at the seam, not the model. If a user has to learn your chrome before they can ask their question, the intelligence is wasted.

Data upkeep is a product feature

A directory is only as trustworthy as its last verification pass. Scheduling that pass is a design decision, not an ops afterthought.

You find out fast whether a tool helps when the people using it live twenty minutes away.
